You can cancel your booking, but cancellation terms depend on how far in advance you notify us. If canceled more than 30 days before departure, you may receive a partial or full refund. Closer to the departure date, cancellation fees apply. Full details are in our booking policy.

Yes, travel insurance is required for all our tours. It must cover mountain activities, medical treatment and emergency evacuation. Please send us a copy of your policy before departure.

Every group is led by certified guides trained in first aid and mountain rescue. Guides carry satellite communication and stay in contact with local rescue services. If a route becomes unsafe, we change the plan or return to base.
